DARRYL HOLLOWAY, PRINCIPAL
Darryl has spent over thirty years working with entrepreneurs to advance their goals, focusing the last ten years working with Indigenous leaders, businesspeople and communities. A lifelong learner Darryl recently obtained his MBA from Simon Fraser University with a specialty in Indigenous Business and Leadership. He is a subject matter expert in community development with a focus on developing supply chains to promote and foster local business and working with local workforces to develop the skills necessary to be successful. Darryl provides ideas that promote triple bottom line thinking and solutions that are mutually beneficial to all involved.
MICHAEL REID, PRINCIPAL
Throughout his extensive twenty-five year career in the United States and Canada, Michael has focused on the areas of Indigenous/Tribal relations, stakeholder engagement, local/Indigenous economic development and corporate social performance (ESG/CSR/Sustainability). By providing business-practical, solutions focused advice, he has helped to ensure companies are forward-thinking as they position themselves in these challenging and rewarding areas. Both within organizations and communities, Michael is committed to relationships built on trust and discovering sustainable, shared benefit for those with whom he engages.
Shannan Schimmelmann, SENIOR Advisor
Shannan Schimmelmann is a business development leader, skilled at strategic planning, economic and business development, public relations and board governance. Her unique combination of experience with industry, government, Indigenous communities, and the social profit sector, provides for a diverse skill offering. Her portfolio of work includes but is not limited to, supporting Indigenous communities on international trade missions, providing advice and capacity for on-reserve economic development, working with Indigenous contractors on capacity building/partnerships and facilitating business match events. Shannan holds an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University, specializing in communications and project management.
